Project Summary:
Bead Mill is used to make a homogeneous paint mixture by grinding the liquid mixture in a pressurized vessel having a grinding rotor.
Our task was to automate the bead mill incorporating all the interlocks and safety measures. This automation comprised of the following hardware.

1. A 45kW rotor motor Variable Frequency Drive / Inverter. Make Focus Dynamics UK.

2. A 2.5kW pump motor Variable Frequency Drive / Inverter. Make Focus Dynamics UK.

3. ET-65, Ex-Proof operator panel. Make STHAL Germany.

4. S7 PLC with Ex. Digital and Analog input/output signal modules. Make Siemens Germany.

Our engineering included.
PLC programming.
Operator Panel programming.
Rotor and Pump inverter parameterization and interfacing with PLC.
Testing of Bead Mill with product.
Preparation of As-Built drawings and wiring schematics.

Epoxy Coating Plant is used for protective coating of spiral welded pipes.
Our task was to automate the Coating Plant incorporating all the interlocks and safety measures. This automation comprised of the following hardware.

S7 315-2DP PLC with ET200L. Digital input/output signal modules. Connected to S7 PLC via Profibus network. Make Siemens Germany.

Our engineering included.
PLC programming.
Testing of Coating Plant.
Preparation of As-Built drawings and wiring schematics.

Programming in Step-7 for S7-400 & S7-300 PLCs and Micro Win for S7 200. HMI. WinCC 6.0.Implementation of all interlocks and protection features for Raw Mill, and Cooler area. All the interlocks and safety measures. This automation comprised of the following hardware.

Siemens S7-400, S7-300, S7-200 PLCs.
Inter PLC communication on Profibus in single Master multi slave PLC configuration.
S7 400 I/Os, Multi-Rack system and ET200M S7 300 distributed I/Os.
